2023 Annual Meeting EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

We have space for exhibitors!  You will be well positioned in the Grand Ballroom South and get lots of visibility from our attendees.  If you would like to exhibit during the Annual Meeting, please fill out the information below.  This year we have the option of purchasing an ad in our Annual Meeting Program.

MAHP will forward information regarding shipping materials to the resort two weeks prior to the meeting. 

Set up begins at 1 p.m. Monday, June 5 and continues until 4:30.  You will have access to the Grand Ballroom South again Monday evening, following the Welcome Reception, until 10:00 p.m. If needed, you may finish setting up your area prior to the breakfast at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 6.
