The 2024 Annual Meeting opens at 5 pm on Sunday, June 2 with an Anniversary Luau Celebration at Julep Point on the beautiful grounds of The Grand. 

Monday morning we'll kick off at 8 a.m. with breakfast, followed by our general sessions throughout the morning.  Monday afternoon you have the option of playing golf or painting (and sipping!).  Monday evening we'll host a Board Member Dinner with our meeting sponsors.

Tuesday morning finds us back for breakfast and general sessions, followed by lunch with our keynote speaker. 

Exhibitors may begin setup at noon on Sunday. We'll again host a Silent Auction with bidding beginning Sunday afternoon at 4 pm and ending Tuesday morning at 10.  Winners will be announced during lunch.  Shipping of items will be available.
